She is more worried about her little brother.
The next thing people are telling her that it is her choice to stay. That would be a tough decision on anyone much less a teenage girl whos family just died in the same car accident that critically injured her. Do you just close your eyes and let yourself leave this world? Do you stay for the people who love you? Her grandparents, her boyfriend, her best friend?
Thoughout her books memories are triggered from her life. Memories that may give her answers to what her future may be.
This has to definitely be one of my favorite books so far this year. I cannot wait to read Gayle Foreman’s book “Where she went”. Pick it and I can almost guarantee you won’t put it down….well at least you won’t want to.
